Once we confirm availability, we’ll send you an email with all the details — including the total cost of your stay and payment instructions.
You’ll also have the opportunity to book a call with Baja Life’s founder, Nataly, so she can walk you through the experience in more detail and answer any questions you may have. That way, you’ll have everything you need to finalize your booking.
To secure your spot, we’ll ask for a 30% deposit of the total amount. The final payment will be due 30 days before your arrival date.

FAQ
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Since we welcome a limited number of guests, we’re very flexible with check-in and check-out times. However, during high season, check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Check-in time is set for 3:00 PM, but we’re happy to be flexible if rooms are available earlier. If you arrive early, feel free to relax by the pool and enjoy a drink while we put the finishing touches on your room.
What deposit is required to book our stay, and what payment methods do you accept?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.
Your booking confirmation and deposit receipt will be sent to you by email.

If your booking was made under a non-refundable or fixed-price policy, you will not be eligible for any adjustments. -

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we’ll do our best to work with you so you can experience Baja Life at a later date. As a small seasonal business, cancellations have a significant impact on us. For this reason, we offer travel credits only — no refunds.
Cancellation Policy :
– The deposit is non-refundable.
– 30 to 45 days before arrival: We offer 70% of your trip value as a travel credit, valid for 12 months.
– 15 to 29 days before arrival: We offer 30% of your trip value as a travel credit, valid for 12 months.
*For cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a travel credit.
How many people can sleep in your rooms?
HO We offer rooms with either a king bed or two double beds and a single bed. We can accommodate single, double, or triple occupancy.
Do all the rooms have a private bathroom and air conditioning?
For your comfort, all our rooms come with a private bathroom and air conditioning.
Do you have a pool?
Our accommodation features a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
All our accommodations offer free Wi-Fi.
Can we walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and bars?
La Paz is a city where everything is within walking or biking distance. If you prefer getting around by car, you can use Uber or Didi — rides typically cost around $2 USD per person.
The B&B is located within a 20–25 minute walk from the charming malecón (seaside promenade), less than 2 km away. The picturesque streets leading to downtown are safe, and it’s easy to find your way around the city. Some of our favorite restaurants and grocery stores are also just a short walk from our home.
Are there any beaches near the accommodations?
La Paz is a unique destination where the beaches are still untouched — no hotels, no restaurants — something that’s increasingly rare and quite different from the typical hotel-beach experience. The most beautiful beaches, like Balandra and Tecolote, are about 25 minutes away (by beach shuttle or Uber). But once you see them — especially Balandra, often ranked among the most beautiful beaches in the world — they’ll become your top choice. Other smaller beaches are less than 10 minutes away by Uber, or just a 20-minute bike ride. There are small beaches all along the malecón, perfect for reading, watching the sunset, or simply relaxing.

Can we rent bikes?
Absolutely — although the streets of La Paz are quite narrow and traffic can get heavy during high season. That’s why it’s wonderful — and safe — to bike along the dedicated bike path. La Paz’s bike path stretches for several kilometers along the sea — a beautiful way to explore the city.

In our La Paz guide, you’ll find plenty of options to suit every budget. From a taco-and-beer lunch for $7 to a chic, romantic dinner for $25 — there’s something for every budget. We recommend budgeting $35–$40 per day per person, not including nights out at bars or terraces.
