Founder and host

Nataly has over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry. Considered a force of nature, nothing stops Nataly when it comes to sharing her passion for Mexico.

Known for her love of others and her big heart, Nataly is truly the soul of Baja Life. During your stay, she will take care of you and make you feel like a member of the Baja Life family.

Nataly is a host, a guide, a friend, but above all, she is someone who will push you out of your comfort zone thanks to the special relationship she consistently builds with travelers.

EMMANUEL

Captain et co-host

Considered a master navigator, he knows the Sea of Cortez better than anyone. On his boat, you will discover the Gulf of Mexico and its diverse marine life.

Emmanuel is the first contact you will have with Mexican culture. His reassuring presence will put you at ease, whether on his boat or during your road trips in the desert.

He will immerse you in the authenticity of La Paz and share his most impressive fishing stories. Who knows, you might even join him for a day of deep-sea fishing.

EMILIANO

Diving instructor and tour guide

Born in Mexico City, he left his hometown for the love of the sea, becoming a diving instructor.

Passionate about the history of his country, he enjoys discussing this topic, with a particular interest in politics.

His deep love for people makes you want to be his best friend within minutes.

An athlete at heart, he loves teaching all water sports, and his mission is to help you discover the world’s largest aquarium.

STÉPHANIE

Travel agent

Stéphanie is passionate about travel and has incredible energy. She loves diving and is an exceptional adventurer.

She will advise you and make you want to jump on a plane to have a unique experience. Her years of solo travel allow her to give you detailed advice.

KUNAQ et YAMARA

Our team's spiritual guide

Kunaq and Yamara are our beloved companions and are part of the Baja Life family.

They are Xolos, as seen in the movie Coco. Xolos are considered spiritual guides and their breed dates back over 1500 years.

Kunaq means “advisor” and Yamara means “protector.” This breed is rare and preserving it is very important to us. Their presence at Casa Baja is truly meaningful.

How It All Began

Baja Life is the exciting project of a woman who has been in love with La Paz for over 20 years. It’s an inspiring adventure rooted in the desire to share the beauty of Baja California Sur.

From the beginning, Nataly aspired to escape the traditional 9-to-5 lifestyle. One day, she decided to rent a large house in this small Mexican town to host her loved ones, wanting to share this paradise with them.

Enchanted by the unique landscapes of La Paz and after experiencing an exceptional trip with her, a friend shared an idea that would give birth to Baja Life: “Why not offer this experience to other travelers?”

Today, an entire team shapes the Baja Life journeys. With over 20 years of experience in tourism, the Baja Life team ensures that every trip becomes a personal and exceptional adventure.
