Founder and host

Nataly, the founder of Baja Life, is much more than just a host; she will be your guide throughout your experience.

With her unique journey, she welcomes you into an environment filled with respect, love, and authenticity.

Her mission is to ensure that your stay is filled with meaningful moments, discoveries, and shared laughter.

Passionate about personal growth and adventure, she dedicates all her energy to creating a warm atmosphere where each woman can feel safe, supported, and free to reinvent herself.

EMMANUEL

Captain

Considered a master navigator, he knows the Sea of Cortez better than anyone. On his boat, you will discover the Gulf of Mexico and its diverse marine life.

Emmanuel is the first contact you will have with Mexican culture. His reassuring presence will put you at ease, whether on his boat or during your road trips in the desert.

He will immerse you in the authenticity of La Paz and share his most impressive fishing stories. Who knows, you might even join him for a day of deep-sea fishing.

MARIE

Spiritual facilitator

Marie will facilitate your path to reconnecting with your authentic self. With an exceptional background in the art of rituals designed to reconnect with one’s deep essence, she brings authentic wisdom and passion.

She has participated in several Moon Dances, sacred ceremonies where women, united by traditions passed down through generations, celebrate and reactivate their connection with feminine energy. Through these transformative experiences, she has been granted the privilege and responsibility of guiding those who feel the need to rediscover themselves.

Marie creates a safe and sacred space guiding you with kindness and depth.

STÉPHANIE

Travel agent

Stéphanie is passionate about travel and has incredible energy. She loves diving and is an exceptional adventurer.

She will advise you and make you want to jump on a plane to have a unique experience. Her years of solo travel allow her to give you detailed advice.

She has a gift for making you feel like her best friend.

KUNAQ et YAMARA

Our team's spiritual guide

Kunaq and Yamara are our beloved companions and are part of the Baja Life family.

They are Xolos, as seen in the movie Coco. Xolos are considered spiritual guides and their breed dates back over 1500 years.

Kunaq means “advisor” and Yamara means “protector.” This breed is rare and preserving it is very important to us. Their presence at Casa Baja is truly meaningful.

THE FOUNDER, NATALY.

HER JOURNEY

Nataly’s journey has been one of exploration and self-discovery. From a young age, she embraced travel, understanding that the world offers limitless opportunities for growth and adventure. At 23, she ventured to Cuba for a job contract, but a deep connection with Latin culture and a newfound love for diving led her to stay for only six months before returning.

Not one to conform to the traditional 9-to-5 lifestyle, Nataly always felt there was a different way to live—a path that could inspire others to step outside their comfort zones and discover their purpose. Her studies in sexology fueled her passion for fostering healthy relationships, and her personal mission has been to support women through difficult situations as a mentor and guide.

Over 20 years ago, Nataly found her true calling in La Paz. The combination of the sea, desert, and untouched paradise helped her discover a deeper connection to herself and the world around her. It was here she realized that travel is not just about the destination, but about the meaning it holds.

With a deep passion for personal growth, Nataly’s mission is clear: inspire women to live their dream lives, to dare to take the leap, and to let go of what no longer serves them. Her journey is dedicated to becoming the best version of herself each day, and she invites others to do the same.
